These are so cool! I absolutely love jazzing up my water in the warmer seasons :)

So I survived the detox cleanse!
Let me give you a run down of how it went…
Breakfast:
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I still intend to use this recipe as a meal replacement as I continue on my journey. The raspberries and almond butter and banana taste stronger than the spinach, so it is fruity and refreshing.
Lunch:
If you like the taste of cucumber, then you will like lunch just fine, as that is the strongest flavor in this drink. HOWEVER, if you have a texture issue like me when you eat, then this drink might be a little tough. Kale does not blend well, and as a result you drink it in pulp form, which for me was a little hard to get down. Besides that though, it tastes perfectly fine.
Dinner:
Dinner was ROUGH. Like I said above, I have a texture issue when it comes to eating. The avocado, kale, mango, and blueberry creates a pretty intense pulp to get down. And when you add cayenne pepper to it, it becomes spicy pulp. I couldn’t handle the pulp, and I ended up straining the Dinner smoothie into a juice and chugging it to get it down. If you like spicy things, you will probably handle this drink better than I did!
Overall Comments:
This cleanse really helped me personally break away from unhealthy food cravings. By the end of this cleanse, I was craving brown rice and chicken more than chips and candy!
This cleanse also helped me realize that if I dedicate myself, I can really make a change in my life, and that is the most important part.

rawlivingfoods:
Kids are the original fruit bats! Feed them what their cells need - lots of luscious organic fruit. Nature’s candy.
I love this picture. I intend to raise my kids on fruits and veggies not candy and fast food.
